Hyprland session ported with layering (
4c11032). Next: session commands (term, app, pad-run, activity, settings-edit, lid, idle, motion, monitor) and menu, pick and migrate, in two worktrees.Menu, pick and migrate integrated on master (38646f8..37bfb2c): default/menu.lua one-to-one with menu.json, plugin and user fragments merged per field by id, one luajit per invocation and no process per row, picker contract unchanged, migrations with --pending and plugin ledgers (ledger keys without .sh match the live ledger). Note: default/menu.lua still names commands not yet ported (theme, caffeine, nightshift, idle, monitor, term, update, webapp); they route as each slice lands.
Session commands integrated on master (90d51d6..3ab3065): app, term, activity, pad-run, settings-edit, lid, idle lock/dim/screensaver/profile with default/hypridle, motion, monitor profile and arrange; 251 shell assertions, all suites green, tagged m2-core. Deferred to their own tickets: panel connector in machine.lua for the three shell readers; hypridle link row in install.
