One directory per theme: colours.toml in Omarchy's key set, fonts.toml, motion.toml, theme.toml (pair, contrast sibling, icons, cursor, accents), backgrounds/, preview, optional per-tool overrides.

Integrated on master (a492725..b1f9fe6): lib/theme/{dirs,palette,toml}.sh, Omarchy-identical derivation (all 22 Omarchy palettes resolve unchanged), stock root optional, installed root scanned directly; all 17 real themes pass theme check.
